Refunds

Refunds are not available for orders still within the estimated turnaround time. Once materials are purchased, cancellations outside the timeframe may only qualify for partial credit.

Returns & Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, email lydiaslovelyloops@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item (per USPS tracking). Include your order number.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags in their original condition.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is processed. Please package carefully!

  • Exchanges have a turnaround time of 3 - 4weeks.

Custom, made-to-order, and pre-orders are final sales and cannot be returned, canceled, or modified after 72 hours of placing the order.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are subject to change based on holidays, material availability, or shipping delays. Stay updated via social media or email for your order’s status.

Handmade items require time to ensure quality, so orders should be placed early, especially before the winter season, to minimize delays.

Shipping

  • Ready-to-ship items are mailed within 1–5 business days via USPS First Class (if weight permits).

  • Custom and pre-order turnaround times are listed in product descriptions.

Lydia’s Lovely Loops is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages or those marked as delivered but not received. Customers should address delivery issues with their local USPS office. International customers are responsible for customs fees and other associated costs.

International Shipping

Ensure your address is accurate to avoid delays or prohibited shipments. International orders ship via USPS International Mail and may take up to 90 days per USPS policy. Lydia’s Lovely Loops is not responsible for customs fees, delays, or lost packages.

Please note: Marking items as gifts is illegal. Educate yourself on your country’s customs policies before purchasing.

Bulk Orders

If you’re interested in placing a bulk order, feel free to message me for more information! Bulk orders are processed exclusively during the spring and summer seasons but can be purchased year-round. Let’s work together to create something special for your needs!

Care Instructions

Hand-knit and crocheted items require gentle care. Keep them away from pets and small children to prevent damage, as Lydia’s Lovely Loops cannot be held responsible for such incidents.
